FIMAT is located in Northern Uganda as one of the post conflict interventions for community restoration and prosperity by increasing access to higher education, promoting innovation, creativity and employability in this region that was hard hit by the LRA insurgency. The campus is located on block 7, plot 1368, Amuca Parish, Lira Sub- County, Lira District the de facto administrative capital of the Lango.
